📸 2 Passport-sized photos (4×6 cm)
🛂 Passport (original & copy)
📑 Visa page or extension stamp (copy)
📝 TM.30 form (Notification of address from your landlord)
💡 Utility bill or rental agreement (copy)
📄 Completed residence certificate application form (get it at your local Immigration Office)
👮 Optional but helpful:
🧑✈️ Landlord’s ID and house registration (for backup!)
💳 Copy of your Thai visa or Non-O extension
